Verbit is another player in the transcription field. They were previously known as Take1. The following client testimonial from their web site provides a nice overview of what they do:

What You’ll Do
The job is a bit different than some other transcription platforms given the crossover with AI technologies. “Freelance legal transcribers edit AI-generated legal depositions, hearings, trials, and other legal recordings on the Verbit platform. Legal transcribers ensure that the AI-generated text is a true and accurate record of the proceeding, and that the transcript is formatted per legal client guidelines.”

Getting Paid
Rates are not listed, but Verbit pays based audio minute and/or a per page basis. Based on the web site, it is unclear how they pay and how often. Pay rates are not listed either. The position is a 1099/independent contractor gig.
Final Thoughts
Since some transcription platforms have waitlists or are not taking applications at all, Verbit is worth a shot.
